Citroen c3 1.4 hdi 90 ddcr 9650043480 virgin file

Hi,
We have citroen c3 1.4 hdi original ecu burned and can't connect. We can't find same number ecu.Original eeprom 95160 but new ecu eeprom 25160. Does anybody have virgin file 25160 also, How can i connect with ktag? I tried ktag ddcr psa pinout but don't work.
