Thank you very much for the file. Unfortunately, the customer picked up the truck yesterday. I wasn't able to solve the problem in time. The truck had already been with me for 10 days, and the customer couldn't wait any longer. I don't know if he'll come back in the future since he lives quite far away.

From everything I was able to figure out, the problem wasn't with the DPF/EGR delete file itself. The real issue is that the ECU first needs to be patched because it has protection that prevents modified files from being accepted, and Flex cannot remove that protection.
As I understand it, there is a patch file that must be flashed first. It patches the bootloader or disables the verification area, allowing a modified file to be written afterward. Unfortunately, I still haven't been able to find that patch file either.
