I've successfully replaced and swapped multiple OKI ML66Q592 MCUs. However, I could not flash any of them with firmware. The problem could be that I was using clone hardware and not official flashing hardware. Usually generic chips are easier to read, write, and have less security. Do you think it will be easier to flash the MCU. if I buy generic ML66Q592 MCU chips that are not the OKI brand and swap them into the Honda/Acura ECU's?
