odometer CAN device for rewind

there is an odometer device i had read about it in this forum that works on odo rewind..its from russia but cant seem to remember its name or how to purchase it..it was described as a CAN-ODO HACKER if am not wrong and its able to work on very new odometers even on european cars and asian through obd..can someone with its link please share..i will appreciate..its sought of a dongle
