План такой: покупаете модуль с чипом ВК3231S(делитесь ссылкой здесь на форуме), через USB-UART меняете скорость на 115200, меняете имя на #А78730, распаиваете на плату Tx, Rx, Stat, 3.3в, Gnd, пробуете привязать через Андроид.
